After nearly two decades, CEO, Wolfgang Griesmeier is stepping down. We appreciate Wolfgang’s valuable contributions guiding the company as it grew from a university spin-off to a leader in AI-driven customer service, and driving growth through its many strong partnerships with telecom operators.

We welcome as our new CEO, Fabian Metz, who joined solvatio AG in 2018 and became COO in 2021, bringing a range of industry and leadership experience that will no doubt continue strong growth. Looking ahead, solvatio AG is well positioned to leverage its extensive telco experience and AI expertise to aid in customer satisfaction and retention.
